How to Stop Jealousy

Jealousy never ends well. Perhaps you already know this after reading Shakespeare’s play “Othello” whose jealousy leads him to murder his wife. Or maybe it’s a lesson you yourself have had to learn the hard way. Regardless of how you’ve come to know the little green monster, there is no question that jealousy has played a role in all of our lives. So, what do we do when we feel it, and is there a way to stop it before it takes root in our hearts? Here to share some advice with us is professor of psychology Susan Whitbourne.
