Major League Baseball's Dominican Pipeline

A third of current Major League Baseball players were born outside of the United States. And the majority of these players are from the Dominican Republic. But there’s a history of fraud and tension with Dominican baseball players. Northeastern University anthropologist Alan Klein has written several books on baseball in the Dominican Republic.
